About Us
Gockley Associates was founded in 2004 by Pamela Gockley. Her experiences showed her that there was a need for a new kind of corporate mentoring and training, especially pertaining to women and their increasing influence in the business world. She began gathering a staff of experts in various regimens to join her in filling that need, becoming Gockley Associates.
Pam brings a wealth of business and employment experience to Gockley Associates. In addition to her role at Gockley Associates, she is the President/CEO of Vigilant Internet Services Corp., a full-service web design, hosting, and management company based in Reading, Pa.
In 2004 she was selected as one of Best 50 Outstanding Business Women in Pennsylvania. Then-Governor Ed Rendell presented the award to her for her years of success in owning and operating Vigilant, as well as her many years of service to the community. In 2005 she received the Entrepreneurial Achievement Award from Kutztown University's Small Business Development Center.
Pam maintains a wide range of business commitments, from the Vigilant family of businesses to her active role as a leader in many business women's organizations. She continues to be active and assert a leadership role in many community service programs. She frequently is a guest speaker for business groups, corporations and non-profit organizations.
Kenneth R. Knudsen:
Ken Knudsen is currently CEO of Eagle Rock Enterprises, an Executive Sales Coaching Firm, located in Macungie, PA.
Eagle Rock Enterprises helps organizations and individuals increase sales by coaching and using a proven sales process.
Ken is a senior executive with a proven leadership record in the telecommunications, railroad, consumer product goods industries and the U.S. Military.
His leadership ability was first developed as a combat, infantry officer in Vietnam.
Following his military career, Mr. Knudsen spent the next 30 years in executive sales positions at Procter & Gamble, Frito-Lay, Ocean Spray, Nabisco, RCN Corporation and Vossloh North America.
Ken has completed numerous post- graduate career courses. He has been published in Trade Journals and received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.
